1. App Purpose

   • Mursal App provides communication and marketing tools for business owners, including bulk messaging via SMS and WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

   • The app is available only to business owners, and minors are not eligible to register.

3. Account Creation

   • Users must provide accurate information (name, phone number, email, etc.) to create an account.
   • They can add payment details if they choose to purchase services.

4. User Responsibilities

   • Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.
   • They are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities on the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

   • Any offensive or illegal content, misuse of messaging services, or violation of data privacy rules will result in account suspension or termination.

6. Content Ownership

   • Users retain ownership of the content they post but must adhere to the terms of service.

7. Data Use

   • Users can use the data collected via our platform to target their own audiences. We do not use user data outside the platform.

8. Liability

   • Mursal App will not be liable for any data loss or app downtime caused by third-party service disruptions (e.g., Meta).

9. Refunds

   • Refunds for paid services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes between users or with the platform will be resolved through arbitration or in accordance with Jordanian law.

11. Content Moderation

    • Users can report violations, and we will take appropriate actions, including content removal or account suspension.

12. Updates to Terms

    • Any changes to the Terms of Use will be posted on our official website, and users will be notified.
