How SMS works on Mersal
SMS is billed per message from your SMS wallet, by destination country. You top up a balance, and each delivered message is deducted at the destination’s rate.
Register a Sender ID
A Sender ID is the name or number recipients see as the sender. In many countries a registered Sender ID is required, and some need business documents.
Top up your SMS balance
Add credit to your SMS wallet. The balance is shared across campaigns and automations, and is deducted per delivered message.

Delivery and pricing basics
Rates depend on the destination country and are deducted from your Mersal SMS wallet. Final delivery and charging rules depend on the carrier and your Sender ID setup, and are confirmed for your account.
