How billing is divided

Your Mersal platform subscription (monthly or yearly)WhatsApp Business API usage, billed directly by Meta to your WABA payment methodSMS usage, billed per message by destination from your wallet

Your platform subscription

Your plan covers your workspace, features, included capacity and team. Pay monthly, or yearly to save up to 20%.

WhatsApp billing and SMS usage

Meta bills WhatsApp messages directly to the payment method connected to your WABA. Mersal does not collect or mark up those charges. SMS is deducted per delivered message from your Mersal wallet, by destination country.

Top-ups and invoices

Top up your SMS wallet as needed, and find every Mersal invoice in your account.

Use the WhatsApp and SMS calculators on the Pricing page to estimate usage costs before you send.
